I’ve just completed my probationary hours and hope I can apply for associate membership.
It has been marvellous to be using the amazing print studio and meeting an amazing group of printmakers. I have also undertaken two courses since February but am so glad to be able to come into the studio with our proffessional and inspirational technicians who are so kind when you ask extremely basic questions. Its a long learning process technically and at the same time you have visual things to explore and to try to bring to a conclusion ie to make a print that somehow “ works”
I find that it takes courage to play with risk but so rewarding and completly absorbing - time flies.
